One room is equipped with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Another room has two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also includes air conditioning and forced-air heating. The third room contains a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a shower, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.

The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
