Beautiful villa located on the seafront with stunning views located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed on two floors connected by external stairs.



INTERIOR: This magnificent villa consists of a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace overlooking the sea. An independent kitchen with hob, washing machine and dishwasher; from which they can enter the villa through the parking lot. Two large bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with shower en suite each. On the GROUND FLOOR we will find a living room with SAT / DTT TV, sea views, air conditioning, access to the terrace and the pool. An open kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob. One bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with bathtub en suite. Finally a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower en suite.



EXTERIOR: The villa has a beautiful plot with several terraces where you can enjoy a relaxing break with the sound of the sea. An 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is fully enclosed and has parking for one vehicle.



LOCATION: Located in the urbanization "El Tosal" just 800 meters by car or walk from the "Puerto Blanco cove and nearest restaurant. It also has a path right in front of the villa to go down to the beach. Nearest supermarket just 1.1 km and doctor 0.9 km. Calpe Center 1.3 km away where you can see the old town and its charming streets.
