LAYOUT: Close to the picturesque town of Calpe, Villa Alegranza offers a perfect retreat for an excellent family holiday or among friends. With the majestic Olta mountains as its backdrop this modern villa offers a lot of space, comfort and privacy. This new build property seamlessly blends in a natural landscape with great views all around. Beautiful sunsets can be experienced whilst watching the impressive Olta mountain area, the fascinating skyline of Calpe or the serenity of the Mediterranean Sea. We enter the Villa Alegranza opening a wide electric gate,which gives us the opportunity to park our vehicle right in front of the villa. Going downstairs, we encounter a large outside terrace equipped with a comfortable dining table and chairs. Furthermore,around the villa, a significant open pool area is waiting for us, where sufficient sun loungers and umbrellas are at our disposal. When we move inside the villa, we find 3 important sized bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Next to the bedrooms we find a bathroom with an Italian shower and a large salon area with a great sofa and big tv screen. Just beside this living area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen area awaits us for preparing fantastic meals.It offers all the utilities that we need to make breakfast or dinner.
EXTERIOR: A large pool area complements the villa keeping the greatest privacy at all times. Forestal areas are next and close to the villa, which makes the location of the property ideal for walking routes in the close neighborhood.At all times, amazing views can be appreciated whilst having great family time around the pool.
