Casa Mathilda is a fully renovated (2024) holiday villa in a quiet residential area of Calonge, on the Costa Brava. Spread over three levels, it offers space for 8 guests, stunning views of Palamós Bay, and stylish indoor-outdoor living.



The top floor features a bright living room with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, fireplace, smart TV, and access to a panoramic terrace with lounge area, dining table, and a built-in BBQ. The adjoining modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, and kettle.



Downstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with new A/C units and high-quality mattresses (2x 160x200 cm beds, 1x 135x190 cm sofa bed with topper), plus two bathrooms. One has a bath/shower combo, the other a walk-in shower, washing machine, and separate toilet. The largest bedroom opens onto a covered terrace with dining space for 10 — perfect for outdoor meals.



The lowest level features a private pool with loungers, a parasol, and seating. This level also includes a separate studio apartment with its own entrance — ideal for extra privacy. It has a full bathroom, kitchenette (microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle), A/C, and a 160x200 cm extendable bed with topper. A loft above offers a second sleeping area (140x200 cm mattress).



Casa Mathilda is just 5 km from Calonge and the beach, 10 minutes from Palamós, and close to Playa d’Aro. Girona Airport is 40 minutes away. Nearest supermarket: 3 km.
