Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this detached house in a fine location in Callantsoog. The holiday home is ideal for a family or group of friends. In the bubble bath you will completely relax. Callantsoog is a seaside resort in the northern part of North Holland. You can cycle and run here, but also go horse riding and play golf. The seaside beach at Groote Keeten is no more than 2.5 km from the house. There are also numerous restaurants for a pleasant evening out. The holiday home with a fenced garden all around has a ground floor and a first floor. It has comfortable bedrooms and a cosy living room. You can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue, but also the well-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to show off your cooking skills. Parking is available at the accommodation.

Schöne Unterkunft aber leider sehr schmutzig

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll (Möbel, Farben, Assessors) ausgestattet. Der Wirlpool ist wirklich klasse. Die Lage direkt am Ort und an den Dünen ist ebenfalls perfekt. Daher fällt es mir wirklich schwer die folgenden Zeilen zu schreiben. Aber ich denke das dies der einzige Weg ist das der Besitzer der Immobilie darüber informiert wird was er für seinen Reinigung- und Verwaltungsservice bekommt. Folgende Mängel lagen vor und wurden auch nach mehrfachem Schriftwechsel mit der Verwaltung nicht behoben. - die Fenster waren total blind und unsauber - errassenmöbel dreckig und voll Vogelkot - Fußleisten im Haus dicke Staubschicht - Ecken, Pflanzen voller Spinnengewebe - Badezimmer waren die Wände voller Flecken - der Duschvorhang war dreckig - es klebten schwarze Haare im Kühlschrank - Tiefkühlfach im Kühlschrank dreckig und schimmelig - Backofen voller Fett, an Backblechen, an Backofentüre und im Innenraum - Dunstabzugshaube total fettig Lüftung verklebt - Schubladen Küche voller Krümmel und Haare - Essensreste am Geschirr im Schrank - im Wirlpool war Sand - Grillrost vom Außengrill total verkrustet - Staubsauger stank nach nassen Hund und im Saugrohr war ein großer Büschel Haare Als lustiges extra hatten wir von den wirklich netten Nachbarn erfahren das die Reinigungskraft mit einem Porsche Cayenne vorfährt.

Schönes Objekt , aber…

Das Objekt an sich ist schön. Allerdings fehlt eine Klimaanlage und/ oder eine verschattungsmöglichkeit der Glasfront! Die Lage ist ok. Laut Anzeige hatten wir aber die Entfernung zum Strand kürzer eingeschätzt. Die Kommunikation mit belvilla ist eher schwierig jemanden über die angegebene Telefonnummer zu erreichen war fast unmöglich!!!

Schönes Haus, gute Lage

Schlüssel war in falscher Schlüsselbox mit falschem Code, nach Telefonat und etwas Raten ging es. Ansonsten alles super. Der Kühlschrank ist für 8 Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein.
