Important Information for Guests

Booking Policies

No Parties or Noise Complaints: Disturbances will result in forfeiture of your bond. Respect for neighbors is essential.
Security Deposits: $500 refundable bond; additional charges apply for large groups or guests under 25 years old.
Minimum Stay: Inquire for stays shorter than the minimum; surcharges may apply for one-night bookings.

Key Details

Check-in: 3 pm | Check-out: 10 am (earlier/later times available by arrangement).

Linen: BYO or hire available for $395. Important: If you have opted for linen hire, check-in will be at 4 PM to allow time for setup. However, we will do our best to accommodate a 3 PM check-in when possible.

Cleaning Fee: $250 mandatory cleaning fee; extra charges for additional cleaning if needed.

Parking: Space for 4 cars on-site.

Capacity: We can accomodate up to 10 adults & 4 kids (under 16)
