Incredible stupidity, callouaness, filth

I asked for a receipt and they took 43 minutes and locked the door so that I couldn't leave. I am placing a formal complaint before the authorities. Last time I book.a hotel with expedia. they locked the door. what aholes i had paid everything and was just waiting for the receipt. the towels were dirty. the staff was incredibly obnoxious... keep away keep far far away.

Clean, friendly, nice

In this hotel the room was small but comfortable, everything was clean and nice looking. The location is close to a bus station, the stadium, San Antonio historical area and downtown. The only con about this place was the Wi Fi didn't work inside the room.

Nice comfortable hotel, friendly helpful staff. Major football match whilst we were there which made the vicinity outside intimidating. We went into town for drinks and dancing and a major fight broke out with broken bottles being used. We had to get in a taxi and escape. Unfortunate incident that spoilt our stay. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Would recommend.
