El hotel se siente antiguo y la cama fue muy incómoda. El servicio fue deficiente. El primer día salimos a un evento y, al regresar por la tarde, la habitación no había sido arreglada; tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que vinieran a hacerlo. Al segundo día de la estadía ocurrió la misma situación. Si reservan a través de Expedia u otras plataformas, recomiendo verificar que el desayuno esté incluido, ya que el hotel cobra un precio excesivamente alto por este servicio. Debido a estas experiencias, decidimos retirarnos un día antes y asumir la pérdida del valor de una noche de la reserva.

Had a great stay from beginning to end. Great staff and customer care, the room was excellent, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance as you are inside the mall, therefore it is very safe as well. I will stay here every time I go to Cali from now on.

El hotel ofrece una buena primera impresión, con una ubicación conveniente y una sensación general de seguridad. El check-in fue ágil y el servicio adecuado. La habitación se encontraba limpia a un nivel básico, correcta para una estadía corta, aunque el mobiliario y algunos detalles se perciben desactualizados, lo que resta sensación de limpieza profunda. La ubicación, con acceso cercano al mall, es uno de los principales puntos positivos del hotel. El desayuno fue bueno, aunque con una selección limitada de proteínas.
