We searched for a hotel in Battle Creek Michigan. The search results listed this hotel as a choice. Every bit of information listed showed the hotel as being in Battle Creek MI. It wasn’t until the room was booked did a non Michigan address appeared. The name of the hotel was still Battle Creek. The map was still showing a Battle Creek location but the address changed to GA. When we arrived at the Battle Creek location we found out that Hotels.com had booked us at a location in Ga. Once we found out the mistake, we attempted to rectify the situation. But the Georgia location has declined to refund our money. Even though the mistake was not ours and we have the screen shots to prove it.

We brought our dog to this hotel listed as pet friendly. No additional fee was mentioned in their publicity on Hotels.com. We were shocked and disappointed to be told at check-in that there was a $75 uncharge for the dog. We expect to be told in advance that there is a fee, and what the fee will be, as other pet friendly places do. Will not stay at a Marriott place again.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel hallways have a clean fresh smell. The rooms are spacious and have a wonderful layout that makes it feel more like a home than a hotel! Definitely 10 out of 10!!!

This was my first stay at a Townplace Suite. This brand will now be my go to. The room was generously sized. The bathroom and all amenities are behind a door. The kitchenette was nicer than some homes. And the breakfast bar included an oatmeal station with eight topping options.
