Phenomenal experience and I travel a ton

This hotel was awesome and I had such a wonderful time. Use the service that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, you will not regret it and stay on the floor that includes breakfast, it’s amazing. There is no up charge to ask for a city view so ask for it, the back of the hotel faces a warehouse so city view is best.

Amazing property! Lots of options for people to do. They are renovating the pool area but it will be amazing when it's completed. Staff was super friendly as well and the food was very good

Very nice hotel, very clean, comfy bed. Near shopping and restaurants. Pool not open, they are renovating. The breakfast buffet was good, except on Sunday they had lots of people staying, so the food trays were mostly empty, and when refilled, they went empty again quite fast, and line was long.

I liked this hotel because it was clean and felt safe. It's conveniently located to Chinook Centre Mall and downtown. I wish they had each floor locked with a key card like other hotels.

Every space in the hotel is luxe and clean, and staff were outstanding in accommodating us. We ordered room service honey garlic wings, super tasty! The only negative was the coffee maker, we couldn’t make a normal cup. It was our second stay, but definitely not our last!

This is a decent hotel to stay at however we paid $10 for breakfast vouchers and the breakfast we were allowed was terrible. Not worth the money! The pool is under construction so couldn’t use this facility. The gym was excellent, one of the better hotel gyms I’ve used. Rooms are renovated but quite dark. Beds were comfortable.

From the moment I walked in and tried to do a check-in I gave my credit card. They started questioning my name even though Expedia has it as Miko smaller and Josie gennaro@shaw.ca. Not sure who they thought who’s gonna pay for this rudeness right from the start ruin my day Went to the hotel room was not impressed. I wanted to walk out but I couldn’t get a hold of Expedia to clear this up and I find myself staying in a place that wasn’t even what I saw in the picture and it was an awful stay and I blame Expedia for all of this as well for Not checking things out before actually putting them on the computer and making it look like a special nice place and it’s wonderful cause it wasn’t wonderful at all. I would like my money back for this was a horrible, horrible experience and ruined the whole trip for me and it was only a one day trip one and a half day trip didn’t have to go like this. I even explained it to her. We were here for a day, don’t make this a bad day I need to go support a friend doing a show. This is not how my mood was supposed to be when I got there. I would like a refund.

We spent three nights at this hotel and couldn’t ask for a better base—just steps from shops, restaurants, and public transit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overall service was efficient and responsive. The breakfast covered the basics but could use more variety—additional hot dishes and healthier options would be a welcome upgrade. A few interactions at restaurant felt a bit brusque, which was the one downside. Still, with its unbeatable location and solid service, we’d stay again.

Nice hotel in East Calgary

This was our second stay at this hotel on the executive level. We really enjoyed the breakfast with many excellent choices. The room was very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
