This was the perfect hotel for our holiday travels. On a super cold weekend, it was nice to have complimentary underground parking and hot beverages in the lobby. We will stay here again!

Pet charge of $100 for up to four nights is outrageous for anyone staying less than 4 nights. It amounted to a 50% extra on our bill for two nights. Sliding barn door on the bathroom is also questionable. I prefer a door that latches shut and does not slowly drift open.

Yes the room was in good condition and the staff was extremely friendly. Wish they would have let us know they were doing construction work through out the hotel . Two rooms across from ours were getting new drywall installed so very noisy and dusty. Hallway carpets definitely need replacing as we both tripped multiple times on lifting cracks. They did send a message a day after booking that the pool would be closed due to construction but never mentioned the rest of construction work going on . That’s why I can only give an okay review at this time .

very pleased with the location which was close to medical buildings, and restaurants. Having the underground parking was an unexpected bonus. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Were not aware of the outside construction but this did not any disturbance. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again in the future.

We had 2 queen and our comforter stunk bad and the other bed the sheets were stained. Carpet not cleaned, carpet in hallway on 2nd floor was pieced together and lumpy someone is going to get hurt. If we had known pool waz shut down and even though we could use the next door hotwls pool its winter with a 4 year old!!! I would not have booked here. Beds also very uncomfortable.staff very friendly and kind

Did not appreciate being notified the hotel was under renovation only hours before arriving. Very tired hotel ! I was glad I spent no time there other than to sleep.
