Horrible experience I booked a room with two beds and they gave me a room with one bed, when I asked why they told me they didn’t have any other rooms left with two beds so I paid the full price for a room with two beds and only got one and never got refunded

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I was here last Sept 2024 and really enjoyed the breakfast and liked the room that’s why I chose this for my fiance and I’s trip this time. The only downside was that as we were leaving the garage on our last day, the sensor wasn’t working. I called the front desk and they said they’ll send someone but even after 5mins no one came. We got out because another car was coming in. Overall, a good stay.

If you walk up to the check in counter, and the staff is not trying to look up and greet you and made you stand there to wait for her majesty to finish her important work to say hi to you, you picked a wrong hotel. Nothing should be more important than your guests, at least acknowledge them and let them know you are currently busy, will be with them shortly. Couple other staffs was very friendly and accommodating, but this individual lady ruined the only chance she can make the first impression. She is definitely in the wrong career.

The parking had little space.. i was in a no pet room, but when checked in found little pieces of dried dog food on the carpet. I dont have pets so it was me. I have a medical sleep mask i sleep with that was touched while i was out.

We checked in for our anniversary then went to dinner and a show, when we got back to our hotel room it smelled so bad like sewer gas we couldn’t stay there. We packed up and left ruined our 18th anniversary night. Very disappointed.
