Security: For your safety, exterior cameras are installed at the front and back of the home, recording video and audio 24/7.

Property Layout & Noise
This property has two separate units—this main floor and the basement suite—each with its own private entrance and amenities. While your suite is fully self-contained and private, you may occasionally hear normal daytime sounds from the basement, as with most multi-unit homes.
Sofa Bed Setup
The fitted sheet for the sofa bed is usually prepared for your arrival. Additional bedding—including pillows, duvet, and flat sheet—is always available on the top shelf in the king bedroom closet for your convenience.
Temperature Control
This home does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort. To help maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature for both the main floor and lower-level suite, the Nest thermostat is secured. We’re always happy to adjust the temperature for you—just send us a message anytime and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Towels
Towels are provided based on the number of guests. Fresh towels are not supplied daily—please feel free to use the in-unit washer and dryer as needed.
Guest Fees
An additional guest fee of $18 CAD per person, per night applies after 4 guests.
Booking Requirements
Instant Book is available for guests with a rating of 4 stars or higher. Guests without reviews may be asked a few quick questions prior to approval.
Travel Insurance
