My stay at this hotel was terrible. The elevator was not working, which already made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, I accidentally left two pieces of clothing in the room (a pajama top and a Nike sweatshirt). I called the hotel four times, and no one could give me a clear answer. After much insistence, only the pajama was returned, while the Nike sweatshirt was never found, even though I know they were left together in the same spot. This shows that staff are not reliable when it comes to guests' personal belongings. Customer service was extremely poor, and I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very basic hotel. Decent value for the price Close enough to downtown. Beds weren’t comfortable. Walls were very thin and you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Bathroom could use a Reno. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The elevator wasn't working and we were on the fourth floor. The hot and cold water dial in the shower didn't work properly. The mattress was hard. However, our room was clean, and the pillows were comfortable. The room was expensive for not having a working elevator.

Nice hotel but found our floor/room musty and humid. We did find black mold in areas of our room and we did notice the effects of it. I had to used my rescue often. The hotel needs a good cleaning. Our window was dirty enough to obscure the light/view and areas of the hotel needed a clean. However, the beds were comfy, the room was a good enough six for our needs, the staff were kind (although they didn’t seem to happy), the pool and hot tub looked nice and clean-we didn't use them. Our room had a cool view of the Ctrains and some air traffic. The restaurant was great, they had big screens playing sports games and the food was delicious. Drink options are a little limited. I did use the online check in to enter vehicle and credit card details, but had to repeat the process and pay a $200 deposit. I’m not sure we would stay here again but we did have an okay stay.

No clean drinking water provided daily in room, no kettle. Guests must go down to the lobby with own container just to get water. On 2nd day, hot water was gone—counter staff insisted it worked, but cleaner admitted it was broken. We had to boil water cup by cup using a tiny coffee maker. Very frustrating. When I suggested a water filter on each floor, staff just shrugged without apology. Room has iron/board but no kettle—wrong priority. No shops nearby. No parking signboard at the back, wasting time driving around. E-check-in useless—asked for many details including credit card, but still required full physical check-in. Then an e-check-out notice came 4 hours after I already checked out. System looks “sophisticated” but is meaningless and wastes guests’ time. Train station far (10–15 mins walk). Air conditioner & bathroom fan extremely noisy. I regretted booking 4 nights here but had no choice. Totally disappointing & annoying. This hotel is absolutely NOT recommended. Looks fancy on the outside, but fails miserably on basics. Never again.

Love their breakfast selection that included boiled eggs, omelet, sausage, hash browns, bacon. Shout out to the breakfast staff for promptly cleaning the tables and replenishing the hot food so we didn't have to wait too long for a new batch of food! Appreciated the room's large resting/sitting area and the extra sink. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean but the decor looked a bit outdated compared to the website pictures. Our room was on the first floor but their elevator wasn't working so had to use the stairs. The coffee/tea machines don't look like it's been cleaned properly - the first one had some green mold, and white caked-on residues and dust inside the water reservoir and the replacement maker also had white caked-on residues and dust inside the water reservoir. Thankfully there was a (hot & cold) water dispenser in the breakfast room so I could still have my tea for breakfast but the hot water would run out or not be hot enough. There was no microwave in our room but there was a microwave in the large sitting area beside the reception.

Won't stay there again.

We booked the hotel and nowhere did they indicate that the elevator is out of service (not just for a day or something but long term), so we had to carry bags and coolers up to the room. The room itself was basic but the window opened right out onto the roof (the picture shows our view). The roof was not only unnecessarily covered with scrap wood and stuff, it also felt unsafe for my partner and our 10 year old (who spent a night without me there) to have a window back directly onto a roof surface like that. Everything else was very basic and below avg for the price. Super heavily chlorinated pool as well.
