The room was neat and clean. It’s also quiet. They had buffet breakfast. It is convenient since it is closed to Cross Iron Mall. Easy parking also.

Love, Love, Love this hotel!! The pool is perfect for kids of all ages, and has a smaller section that would be perfect for babies. It is a nice distance away from the business of Calgary. The drive to activities isn’t bad at all, and it’s our favourite hotel to stay at when we go to Calgary.

Great hotel, good location. We booked a suite for 5 people at a premium cost expecting one person to sleep on the pull out sofa. When we opened the sofa, the mattress was dirty and the springs had broken through. We didn't have extra pillows or blankets. The hotel did bring us what we need and gave us a discount to help make it right. Also, the people above us were extremely noisy and we could hear everything. We didn't hear anything from the rooms on either side just the room above so not quiet between floors. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a good variety of foods. They advertised gluten free options, however, only had one piece of gluten free bread so we brought our own for breakfast.

We requested and paid for a later check out yet in the morning the housekeeping knocked on our door then quickly entered our room at 11am. Clearly there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping when guests have later check outs.

Our room was clean and we been booking here for so many times. I love that it's close to the mall. My kids enjoyed the pool. I just hope they have a variety of breakfast items. Overall, it was nice and the price is reasonable
