I feel like this property shouldn’t be as run down as it is. I booked this because it had a waterslide but the pool area might have been one of the worst I’ve seen in awhile. Everything in the pool room is rusted out so bad, the bolts in the slide are disintegrating and it looks unsafe. The bathroom doors were so rusted out you could see through into the washroom. The room we had, there were leftover socks from the last guests. Size wise the room was okay. The breakfast area was so packed and the options were very limited. Save yourself the trouble and stay in a new hotel in the airport area for the same or less.

The waterslide and pool area didn't seem very well maintained, seemed dirty, and was smaller than I expected. The hot tub was very small and had gross looking foam on top. I had booked this hotel mainly for those features and was quite disappointed. The room was excellent, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient, so our overall stay was still enjoyable, since it was just an overnight stop, but I'd definitely not stay multiple nights.

Very nice rooms and very clean! Kids loved the pool and waterslide amenities, and a great breakfast option. The main downfall is there is only 1 elevator, and we had line ups to use it because the cleaning staff also use it with their carts (which take up the whole elevator) when you are bringing luggage. The elevator did break down and we had to use the stairs. Also limited carrying carts when checking in for the number of units, especially with the elevator issue.

The kids loved the water slide and the scavenger hunt the front desk has. The air conditioners in our room were way too noisy to sleep so we had to shut them off. If that were fixed, the stay would be excellent all around

This was a mediocre hotel stay. First, the positive: The room was great! It was clean, spacious, and modern. The price was on the low end compared to other hotels with similar amenities, which I guess proves the adage, "You get what you pay for". Now the negative: 1) The sound proofing between floors and in the hallways left something to be desired. Or perhaps we were next door to a sports team and we had an acrobatic troupe above us who tumbled and lept from the bed to the washroom and slammed doors with vigor. 2) The pool and breakfast areas were too small for the occupancy of the hotel and were always crowded. 3) The grounds and the breakfast area seemed to be unkempt and litter bins were full. Either a sign of too high an occupancy for the amount of staff or a higher than usual amount of garbage per guest. 4) Aside from the Crossiron Mills the hotel is not near anything else, which we were aware when we booked.
