Booked a room (3 months in advance) with 2 queens for one night in November 2025 prior to major surgery at the nearby hospital. (Paid too much $380 for the convenience). The room was on the 2nd floor near the pool. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. But after enjoying a dinner in the bar and then showering and getting into bed early, a band started to play in the restaurant and it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak! There was no way to get to sleep and I absolutely had to prior to my surgery in the morning. My companion went to the front desk to complain and the attendant couldn’t hear what she was saying! There were no comparable rooms available, so they gave us the executive suite. We had to pack up and move ourselves in pajamas and with wet hair up to the suite. The suite was beautiful, although we had to share a queen bed and the hair dryer did not work. So, service wise it worked out well in the end, but was an unsettling experience. Best to ask if there will be a live band during your stay!

This was a nice, standard hotel. Staff were kind, I was able to do late checkout and store my luggage while I went across the street for lunch. My only complaints are: 1) that the “blankets” are as thin as bed sheets and rooms are cold. As someone who runs cold, I had to double up with both bed blankets and turn up the thermostat to 24. 2) the handle for the water in the shower was loose. So it would not stay parallel/level where I needed it; my options were to swivel it higher to almost scalding or let it slide back down and be colder.

Everything was fantastic. The morning service lady could’ve been a little more welcoming as she seemed to not understand what a smile was, but maybe she was having a bad day. You want to start your morning off right and to deal with somebody else’s bad attitude for no reason doesn’t support a good start to the day.

Staff very kind and helpful. Travelled into town so granddaughter could be seen at local hospital near by. Empathetic staff and accommodating with parking and breakfast the next morning was very much appreciated and helpful with a stressful situation. We will be back for sure.

Room was very cold, not enough toiletries or tea and coffee, towels, can hear people’s conversations in other room, door slammed all the time, didn’t expect live music to go until 1 am. Bed light behind pillow went on every time I leaned back. Poor design i guess. Great beds. Need more blankets. Iron good.
