Friendly and accommodating service

I asked for a late checkout and they obliged my request with no extra charges or harassment for aski g for a late checkout. At other places you ask for a late checkout and they treat you like your asking for the world meanwhile you paid a lot of money for the hotel room? Thank you.

On hotels.com says it’s downtown Calgary it is definitely not even close and you can barely see the skyline. Me and my boyfriend paid for the most expensive room and carpets where dirty and furniture was badly stained. Pool was okay.
