We stayed here one night before a flight out of Calgary (drove from Edmonton). The staff were friendly. The free breakfast options were great. We left our car there for a reasonable daily fee and they had a convenient shuttle to the airport. Beds and room very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again

The hot water did not work. We tried to have a shower in the evening when we arrived. In the morning we found out this was a known issue but we were not told upon check in. When we called the front desk about the problem in the evening they did not let on that they knew it was an issue and said they would look into it and call us back in ten minutes. They did not call back. The front desk person did not help us with a refund or credit in the morning when they told us it was a known issue. Very disappointing. It felt like they were dishonest and then didn't attempt in any way to make it right.
