This property is not what the images look like, it feels very unsafe, the people next-door to us were smoking, and the smoke went directly into our room even with all the doors closed and all the windows closed. We have a four month old child so decided it was not a safe place for us to stay and we’d informed the clerk of these issues and feeling unsafe and they were not able to give us a refund which was really unfortunate so we had to drive four hours back home. The bed felt damp. The washroom was dirty. The room was clearly very old and hadn’t been redone in a long time. When you sit on the bed, you can tell you’re gonna get bedbugs.

DOn't waste your money here

The hotel is run down. The bed was soft and lumpy. For a 4 night stay the room was cleaned only once. The advertised breakfast was not available. This is easily the most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed in in Canada.

Unit 105: Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were in very good condition. Floor lamp shade was held together with scotch tape and was not working when we arrived. Staff came immediately and got it working. The entry and bathroom doors had raw wood showing. The heater vent in the bathroom was off kilter, needed repair, and vent fins were covered in dust. There was black mold on the tub grout. The air conditioner unit was so loud when it ran, we had to shut it off. It was also dirty looking. The outlet the fridge was plugged into had black residue on it. While there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no place to plug it in unless you used the outlet mentioned above and the coffee maker had to sit on the floor to use that outlet. The blind on the main window had a couple of tears in it. Even the signage in the bathroom was missing a piece.

There were fruit flies all over the bathroom, but other than that the room was clean. Also, the front desk really wanted to charge me $500 for damage deposit saying my card was prepaid when it is a Mastercard and worked at every other hotel for $50 deposit. I didn’t wanna argue so I just paid the fee and I’m waiting for the refund to be processed.

The buildings need a major upgrade. My suitcase rolled across the floor due to the floor in the is sloped. The windows in the one bedroom are boarded up. The Curtains in the other bedroom are too small for windows won't even cover the glass area. The pictures on the web site look alot better than what the room was. I would not stay there again.

It was ok. Not too bad for the most part. Room 118. Very stuffy, couldn't open up the windows, upstairs guests were noisy till around 4am. Smelled like it was a smoking room previously. Pictures online didn't look the same as the real hotel. I give 3 ⭐⭐⭐

Expedia says free beeakfast. But there is no breakfast here. When asked, staff has no explanation and ask us to dispute that with Expedia. The place looks very unsafe, messy. AC in the room was very noisy and did not work well. Overall condition is terrible. They charged one day ahead of the stay though expedia says “Pay at property”. During check in, they made me to pay again and refunded what was charged earlier. That looked extremely sketchy! Avoid at all cost!

Worst experience in Canada

We had terrible experience we were charged 40 dollar as service charge and demanded 400 usd deposit and breakfast was not there at all everything misfired. We had to wait 150 minutes to get check in. Horrifying experience at check in and highly irresponsible non authorized staff and manager on vacation not reachable or available l.

They use false advertising, they don't deliver what they offer online, they don't give you breakfast, they don't respect your privacy, they make a lot of noise. The cleanliness is horrible, the photos on the Internet do not represent what this place really is. And if you complain to the service and tell them they'll give you your money back, they won't give you any refund, they won't give you any solution. You can't complain about anything because if you tell them there's too much noise and that people are talking at midnight, or that the dogs are howling, they'll tell you. If you don't like it, you can leave, but you won't get anything back. It's the place, it shouldn't be operating, it doesn't meet hygiene standards and I even think the smoke detectors didn't work.
