There should be an area where they book dogs in separately , there was a dog in the room next to me that howled and barked all night long , it was horrible and the staff didn’t seem to care . When asked for a discount because we didn’t get much sleep because of it , we got shrugged off with “no manager” to help with the problem .

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint we have is in the common areas that it always smelled like they had freshly sprayed the areas with a room spray!

Best Westerns never fail. Friendly staff, quick check in and out, clean quiet rooms. Morning buffet had lots of variety and was replenished often.

Our room was partly underground, don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a basement before. The rug was soaking wet in the one corner (discovered this by taking a step and soaking my sock). They apologized and offered a discount on my room which was appreciated.
