We were very impressed with the front desk staff. Check in was easy and uneventful. The room was very impressive especially considering the room rate. We may have got a special deal, I'm not sure but I've stayed in hotels all over North America at 2 to 3 times the price of thiss one that were not as nice.

They have to take control, lots of sports teams staying there, lots of teams running wild with no discipline, took 10 minutes to get onto an elevator, and to get down to the lobby from the 11th floor took another 10 minutes because kids were playing a game and hitting every elevator button and then running into the stair case. Also called 3 times for towels and recieved no towels at all..

The room was nice but I bought an upgraded room easy to get to hotel plenty of room to park. The front desk agent had no idea how Expedia rewards works and couldn’t use best western rewards as I booked online while on the drive to calgary. This is second time I have booked in last month and been denied upgrade and or rewards both times. As it was Sunday restaurant closes at 10 so no room service or place to wind down and have a drink or a snack without going for a drive.
