The location is ideal between Chinook Mall and downtown. The hotel is clean, but sadly showing age with chipped sinks, tubs and worn chairs with fraying. Security seems tight which is probably needed considering it's location and ample parking. Central air seems to not work so being supplemented with in room units that do the job noisily. Pool is excellent and beds were very soft with decent sheets. Location and price is why you stay here.

The staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out process was fast. However, the rooms (booked 2 rooms) that were given to us both do not have aircon or the aircon is not working. In the first room, they gave an electric fan and in the second room, they gave us portable aircon.
