Caldes d'Estrac Hotels with Parking

Well place was far from Barcelona and it cost 25 euros one way to to go to town so it’s not worth it , it took three tries to get a hold of the the front desk . We asked to adjust the room temperature since it’s not possible for you to do , they said they will and never did ,asked for Kleenex and they never brought it to the room .room service menu is limited and they don’t answer the call anyway .nothing in that town that’s worth it .over all the stay was not enjoyable I wouldn’t recommend

Beautiful hotel, but definitely not a 5-star experience. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, the service is a massive letdown. The breakfast is highly stressful due to a lack of space, broken coffee machines, and illogical food layouts. Room amenities were consistently lacking (like missing spoons every morning for coffee/tea). Also all the floor tiles was loose on the balcony barley stuck down and no grout in them...this was same also for kyara bar all tiles on the outside was just wobbly and loose...not great....For my birthday, we ordered a small cake that cost €55 but turned out to be nothing more than a hollow chocolate filled with whipped cream...not a cake!! delivered with a single small plate for the two of us., the staff's attitude was poor. After our drinks were knocked over by a heavy gust of wind while we were in the pool, as we was getting out the one of the staff was half way through cleaning it up...just walked off and like it didn't happen. When we asked the bar for a replacement, they were very hesitant we had only one sip before getting into the pool.., and the cleaner actually lied and denied seeing the accident. The location has limited variety (shisha bars), and the 5-star rating is extremely confusing. It functions more like a 3-star service in a pretty building. We enjoyed our holiday and would go back, just not with the high expectations we originally had this time...

Hotel Horitzo is one of the best properties in Costa Brava, right next to the Beach with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. I stayed in a sea facing double room, the amenities were very good in my room. My stay at this hotel was a test case for this hotel since have a wedding coming up in June and I was looking for a really good hotel for 30 of my guests. We have booked all the rooms at the main wedding hotel (Santa Marta) and we needed additional rooms for our guests. My experience staying at this hotel was excellent. I have booked 16 additional rooms for June at this hotel for my guests. Hello Joseph, Your staff was super sweet when I stayed at the hotel. But there is one problem, after I came back to US, I am trying to talk to the Reception at the hotel, there is only one number listed. It is almost impossible to connect by phone to your Reception. As I have very important guests staying for 3 nights at your hotel, it is important that I talk to someone at the hotel to make sure everything goes smooth during their stay and I may need additional rooms. I will appreciate if you can make sure the experience 30 of my guests who will stay at your hotel is outstanding.
