Bom local para estadia

O condomínio é bom e limpo, e o Rio é o grande diferencial. O local é ideal para quem vai ao Hot Park e está em família. Tive um probleminha no restaurante, mas nada determinante para a avaliação. Ponto de atenção é que tem poucas vagas na garagem, que não acomodam 50% dos prédios.

Foi uma excelente experiência novamente. Voltamos depois de 14 anos e hotel Águas da Serra continua muito bem administrado. A Prime nos atendeu super rápido e prestativa. O café da manhã com excelente variedade e com o diferencial da tapioca e omelete feito na hora. Parabéns para a equipe da manutenção e do refeitório. Vamos voltar em breve

Bom atendimento, local amplo e limpo e seguro, o Rio é o diferencial do hotel, estacionamento rotativo, dependendo do dia, é necessário deixar o carro na rua, mesmo com diversos carros estacionados na rua, durante nossa estadia, não vomos nenhum problema.

Sempre que vou a Rio Quente fico hospedado nesse hotel. (Apart.) É bem localizado, tem uma área externa bem agradável, com acesso ao rio quente, bom comércio nas redondezas. O apartamento é completo, com sala e quarto. Especificamente nessa hospedagem o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando. Como o clima estava agradável não fez falta. As piscinas são também agradáveis, porém pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes. Vale muito a pena.

Bom custo benefício, no entanto as fotos são ilustrativas, vc só sabe qual acomodação vai ficar ao chegar lá. No meu caso, os móveis do apartamento que fiquei eram mais antigos e senti falta de alguns itens simples e necessários em uma viagem como essa, como por exemplo um varal de chão para secar as roupas de banho.

Péssimo hotel

Péssimo meu filho teve q dormi em um colchão no chão pq o sofá cama estava terrível muito sujo o colchão dele todo manchado de coco menstruação chamei a camareira e a única coisa. Q fez foi da um colchão pra dormi no chão o café começando pelos funcionários não tem educação alguma não fala um bom dia não são uniformizados e as vc chegar no horário pra tomar café vai tear q esperar sempre atrasa o café começa às 7:30 só umas 8 q colocam TDS os alimentos na mesa e pouca variedade nem manteiga tinha falaram q acabou a piscina começa a funcionar as 9 e as 22h já fechou achei um absurdo vc quer entra na água cedo assim q acorda e não pode resumido deu 1 estrela pq não podia dar menos horrível experiência
