Péssima EXPERIÊNCIA

Uma das piores experiências em caldas novas, o quarto 222 está péssimo, sem uma cadeira para sentar, cama extremamente dura, demoraram cerca de 1 dia para trocar um colchão... as camareiras são bem atenciosas, porém não podem fazer nada, qto ao clube, eles vedem pacotes para pessoas externas e em algumas unidades é possível notar inúmeras pessoas no mesmo quarto que claro depois usam o clube que é impossível entrar em uma das piscinas... sem brincadeira parecia o piscinão de Ramos, sem contar com o mal cheiro de urina em todas as piscinas.... foi um pesadelo essa experiência, não recomendo a ninguém... mais uma questão a equipe da recepção e péssima só fizeram algo referente a troca do colchão só após a Hotel.com ligar para eles.... não recomendo a ninguém... inclusive por garantia do nome do site que já usei em inúmeros hotéis pelo exterior acredito que vocês deveriam descredenciar esse estabelecimento. PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA LACQUA DE ROMA ADB TURISMO CALDAS NOVAS!
