Problemas com check-in e cobrança extra.

O apartamento atende a descrição, a dificuldade fica por conta do check-in. Ao chegar no local, pediram o número do apt, disseram que o condomínio não era hotel, é que entrar precisa desse número, entretanto, não foi citado em lugar algum da reserva, nem no envio do número de confirmação. Depois de algum tempo, essa questão foi resolvida, graças a boa vontade da atendente, uma vez que os números de contato não atenderam sequer uma ligação (fiz várias). Por fim, a hospedagem cita que impostos e tarifas estão inclusos, no entanto, me fizeram pagar um extra de R$ 40,00, onde ou eu pagava, ou não entrava, enfim, o apt atende, mas a logística e administração é péssima.
