Thanks massively to the guy who checked us in - very easy and quick. About 8 min walk from the train station. Lovely, quiet area. Room was clean and nice for one night's stay. Bar area was an added bonus and we returned to use it before leaving Calais. Thank you massively

The hotel located inside city centre and opposite there is a mall and Carriefour which is very convenient , staff is very helpful and they are so nice to offers us tea at the middle of night

It is what it is, a relatively cheap place for an overnight stop. NO PARKING Be aware the hotel is on the corner of a very small one way street and a main road. There's virtually nowhere to park to check in fortunately there was a disabled parking space on the opposite side of the busy main street so we could park there. The only way we could find a "proper" car park was to ask at reception, so if you don't have a blue badge you could be stuck driving around in circles just to check in.

Good little hotel for an overnight stay, great location, 10 min walk to station and town. 20 min drive from EuroTunnel. We didnt eat, but the cafe/bar area seemed popular. MultiStorey Car Park adjacent, £11.00 for 24 hours, safe and secure parking.

Unexpected gem!

As a Part of the Eurostar tunnel strike, we unexpectedly wound up in Calais and were well taken care of by this no frills hotel! Lovely basic breakfast - I’ve not seen a “cook your own egg” set up -along with fresh bread, pastry, yogurt and juice. I’ll definitely return to Calais and to the Hotel Brit.

The hotel is located in a good area where a shopping mall is within walking distance. The night staff member (tall man quite sluggish with glasses) was very rude, Full of attitude and just ruined our mood. He rudely shoved our wine glass and beer towards us which nearly tipped over. However the trip & hotel was good. Bed was a bit squeaky and scared if the bed would break due to the noises it made. All day time staff memebers where extremely nice & helpful except for the night time staff member. Ideally should be spoke to if not fired for the way he speaks to not only myself but other people I’ve witnessed
