Welcome to your dream getaway in Urbanización Alorda!

This exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mediterranean-style property can accommodate up to 6 guests and is ideal for enjoying an absolutely incredible stay. It also has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.Upon entering, thanks to the large windows in the living-dining room, the entire ground floor enjoys natural light throughout the day. Through these same windows, we find the property's private terrace, which overlooks one of the Alorda Park swimming pools, ideal for keeping an eye on the little ones. On this floor, we also find both the separate kitchen and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Continuing to the first floor, we find the three double bedrooms of the house, as well as the second full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool. The second and third bedrooms are at the end of the hallway, with one of them also having a balcony overlooking the other side of the property.

The privileged location of Urbanización Alorda Park guarantees that you will never be far from entertainment and convenience. Both restaurants and local shops are just a few minutes' walk from the development. It has three swimming pools, one conveniently located in front of the house, and the other two a 2-minute walk away. There is also a typical Mediterranean restaurant right in front of the other two pools.
