Hotel excelente em Barra Grande , tudo é muito bom ,o cafe da manhã e de primeira qualidade é tão farto que não dá para almoçar. Somente uma coisa a dizer: incrível. Desde o início da estadia tudo se deu de forma perfeita. O hotel é lindo, muito limpo e perto da praia, o atendimento de todos os funcionários é espetacular. O café da manhã? Maravilhoso! No Mikiki, eu e meu noivo tivemos uma das nossas melhores experiências com hospedagem. Estadia incrível. O serviço do hotel é excelente, desde a entrada onde nos foi oferecido água de coco e aperol. Todo dia recebemos mimos no quarto (paleta italiana, mousse, bolo, chá). O quarto é super cheiroso. Perfeito em cada detalhe.

Experiência muito agradável

Estava com a minha mulher. No geral, a nossa experiência foi bem satisfatória! O atendimento é, com certeza, um diferencial. Foram bem atenciosos e cuidadosos. Quando chegamos havia bilhetes de boas vindas, com alguns mimos. Ao sairmos, também entregaram outros mimos. Disponibilizaram um contato direto com uma pessoa que tirava nossas duvidas e nos davam informações. O quarto também é muito confortável e limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom, com opções doces e salgadas. Algumas observações: 1) fiquei em uma suite no térreo e achei que a acústica do quarto poderia melhorar . Ouve-se bem o lado de fora 2) o café da manhã em si é muito bom, mas faltou um pouco de clareza no que era oferecido. Havia um pequeno cardápio, mas percebemos, observando pedidos de outros hóspedes, que existiam outras opções fora dele. Além disso, achamos o atendimento um pouco lento e confuso no café. 3) a academia poderia ser maior/mais bem equipada. Pelas fotos, pensamos que ela era bem maior do que realmente era. Entendemos que somente de ter academia já é um bom diferencial. Mas se você realmente gosta de malhar, ao chegar lá, pode se frustrar porque as fotos não refletem a realidade. 4) havaianas são oferecidas aos hóspedes, mas lemos no bilhete que poderíamos só usá-las dentro do hotel. Acho que pelo valor das diárias e pelo padrão do hotel, essas havaianas poderiam ser dadas aos clientes. Acreditamos que teria pouco impacto pro negócio e seria melhor do que oferecê-las dessa forma, limitada.

Foi muito boa. o hoel é novinho. Café da manhã muito bom. Acho que o atendimento ainda tem que melhorar. Não por culpa dos funcionários. Acho que falta treinamento para ter um atendimento exclusivo como eles querem. Tivemos um problema com a água quente que eles, apesar de fazerem de tudo para resolver, não tiveram muito jogo de cintura.

Excepcional a experiência Mikiki, em todos os aspectos! Tudo impecável e de notável bom gosto, a começar pela recepção extraordinária de todos os colaboradores. Na chegada, fomos extremamente bem recebidos pelo Rubens e pelo Tay e não foi diferente o tratamento nos outros dias por todos (perdão por não nominar a todos), extremamente gentis, educados e cordiais, nos fazem sentir em casa em cada pequeno detalhe. Parabéns a toda equipe por tanto cuidado e carinho com seus hóspedes! A localização, o serviço de quarto, o café e as instalações são sensacionais, ideais para quem deseja estar próximo do melhor de Barra Grande e do litoral do Piauí e, mais que isso, para quem deseja estar verdadeiramente em casa todos os dias!
