Our stay at this hotel was a mixed and often disappointing experience. Most of the staff were polite and pleasant, but the reception team was not helpful, which set a negative tone from the start. The Wi-Fi was an absolute nightmare and barely worked throughout our stay.
Breakfast was just okay. We ended up having eggs most mornings because many of the other items—like the ful medames—were cold by the time we got to them.
We also had issues with the food outside of breakfast. On our first night, we ordered koftas, and they arrived completely cold, so we had to throw them away. Then on our third day, we ordered beef fillets, which were also ice cold. We sent them back twice, and both times they brought us the same cold dish again.
