House Istellas, nest of peace and tranquility in the historic center

Our accommodation is handy for those who want practicality with Cagliari, conveniently close to all the citizens of public transport, one step away from the city center and easily accessible directly from the airport. You will like the atmosphere and the neighborhood. House Istellas is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).

Ours is a small house in the historic center of Cagliari, in the small district of Villanova. Old house renovated, with lots of wood finishes that make it warm and welcoming. A unique and romantic little place to spend the holidays right, or to stay for business purposes. Despite being in a super central area, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by pedestrian oasis, combining the tranquility of the old quarter to the comfort to reach any strategic point of the city in no time.

The entrance is located on the ground floor through a door, so it has a separate entrance, and leads directly to a flight of stairs leading to the living area, the first floor.

If you arrive by plane, you can reach the central station of Cagliari with a fast train, and you can follow them on foot (about 15-20 minutes most uphill leg) or take the square outside the station the bus line M and get off in Piazza Garibaldi, from them 4/5 minutes you will arrive.

We chose not to impose special conditions of stay. To use the wifi will be sufficient to enter the password that you will find posted up at home, the water heater is electric, just switch it on, and heating through heat pump works with special remote controls that you will find on site.
