Beautiful views and a spacious, open layout made for a relaxing stay. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet no outside noise or traffic at all. The home was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer and other basics, which made things even more convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!Thank you

Spacious and well located

An excellent, spacious base for exploring Cagliari with a view of the port. Right next to a very popular gelateria and handy to some excellent restaurants it is within walking distance to most of the important sites. Highly recommended if you don’t mind one steep flight of steps.

A gem in the centre of Cagliari

Comfortable accommodation right on the sea front and in the centre of town. All that was needed and the bedroom was both quiet and spacious. Right above a bookshop and near to many fantastic cafes and restaurants.

Superb location and very comfortable

I stayed at this accommodation for a whole week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was working at the university, so the location of the apartment was very convenient. You can walk to all the places that you would want to visit, including the wonderful Mercato. Although the apartment is on a busy street, I did not find the noise intrusive and the bedroom is very quiet. Gabriel is a wonderful host and picked me up at the airport for a reasonable cost of €15. I loved my stay and I would happily return.

We loved Gabriele's light filled and spacious apartment, located on Via Roma, in Marina, overlooking the harbour. Lovely restaurants abound near by, and the local bus to Poetto (Pf or Pq) or the local Mercato San Benedetto (M) stops just steps away from your front door. Gabriele was very friendly and most helpful, offering us a ride from the train station when we arrived. Communication was easy and reliable. The apartment was very spacious ,clean, and well designed with the bedroom at the very back, living area towards the street so we slept well.Internet was excellent in the living room, Wish we could have stayed longer..Grazie mille Gabriele

Localisation de l'appartement idéal. Mais au premier étage avec un escalier très très raide. Inaccessible aux handicapés et difficilement aux personnes âgés surtout avec des bagages. Rideau de douche à changer. Et nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire ni a l'arrivée ni au départ.

Idéalement situé !

Appartement au cœur de Cagliari, pratique pour une arrivée en train ( gare à 5 mn à pied) et des lignes d autobus ( pour se rendre à la plage par ex ) Spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Le propriétaire est très sympa et n hésite pas à faire part de ses adresses.

Gabriele est très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est très beau, très fonctionnel et grand. Il est très bien situé (bus juste en face pour la plage) et en plein centre historique. C'était vraiment très bien !

Une bonne adresse près du centre de Cagliari

Appartement bien équipé situé sur le port et tout près du centre historique de Cagliari. L'environnement est un peu bruyant sur la via Roma mais ce n'est pas trop gênant dans l'appartement. Ne pas hésiter à s'éloigner un peu de via Roma pour garer la voiture, il y a des parkings à 10 minutes de marche. Accueil sympa de Gabriele.

Un'ottima sistemazione alla Marina di Cagliari

La casa di Gabriele è proprio come appare nell'annuncio. Però quando entrerete potrete apprezzare quello che dalle foto non si può cogliere: l'atmosfera di una via casa antica nella Marina di Cagliari, con i rumori, gli odori e la vita di un quartiere vivo e affascinante. Circondata da negozietti, locali e ottimi ristoranti e trattorie, a 10min. a piedi da Piazza Yemme, il cuore pulsante della città. Gabriele è stato molto cortese e la casa era fornita di tutto quello di cui potevo avere bisogno. Consigliatissima sia per la location, che per l'attrezzatura presente, che per il proprietario.

C'est un appartement très bien situé, dans une rue important, près des bus , gare , centre historique et en face du port. Le prix à payer étant le bruit de la circulation. Comme il n'a pas fait chaud, j'ai pu fermer les fenêtres. L'appartement est grand, assez grand pour un couple avec un enfant. Il dispose de l'essentiel et est dans un assez bon état. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et prêt à résoudre tous les problèmes.
