At the back on the left, we find the elevator that will take us to the floor where our apartment is located, as well as access to the communal rooftop terrace and the laundry room.

When you exit the elevator and turn left on the second floor, you will find the apartment. Upon entering, you will see a gallery overlooking an interior courtyard, which provides natural light to the master bedroom and ventilation to the bathroom.

On the right, you will find the master bedroom, equipped with a 1.80 x 2m bed, built-in wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair. On the left, you will find a full bathroom, equipped with a shower, screen, and exterior ventilation towards the interior courtyard.

Continuing into the apartment, you will find a modern kitchen open to the living room, equipped with everything necessary for both short and long stays.

The living room, with a window facing the central patio, has a table for four, a seating area with a 1.50 x 2m sofa bed, a coffee table, a comfortable armchair, and a Smart TV.

Located in the old town of Cádiz, it is an ideal point to explore the city. Just steps from the Cádiz Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, the area offers a charming historical atmosphere, surrounded by narrow cobblestone streets and iconic monuments. Additionally, La Caleta beach is within walking distance, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
