Welcome to our beautiful lake house- Sunrise Shores!

Our lakefront homes offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths providing plenty of room for guests. This remodeled home is great for a family get together or to share with friends. Enjoy having your own private dock for fishing and swimming, a large fire pit for evening s’mores, and a shady backyard that slopes gently right into the water with only two steps up onto the private dock. The house is 5 minutes from the nearest boat ramp and marina.

Other Things to Note:
- Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need them!

Great place !!!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room and loved the back deck! The dock was great for the boat, fishing and swimming! Would recommend it for sure!

Plenty of space, but plenty of mice.

The fire pit was good to use. 3 days of fishing, never caught a thing. weird. At 8PM until dawn, the mice ran around making noise and keeping people creeped out. One slid off of my pillow the first night. I didn't sleep more than 4 hours combined for both nights.The driveway was awesome for trailering side by sides to visit the recreational area of OHV's.Hopefully the mice are gone by the time you go here. If not, do NOT leave out dry food. container everything.

Very nice house!

The house was great! Clean, well stocked, plenty of comfortable seating and very comfortable beds. The kids had so much fun on the tree swing and swimming off the dock. The owner was very helpful answering any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again

Great views and lots of room for a big family with 4 bedrooms plus a game room. Only negative was the water pressure in the master shower, but wasn’t a big deal to us. Would definitely go back.

Perfect for families!

We have an annual family get together here in Kentucky, and this was the perfect house for us. Lots of space both inside and outside. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. The house is close to the marina. We all voted to try to reserve this house for next year!

We had a large group ( 11) and we had plenty of room! The back yard & deck is really where it’s at though! Beautiful views, swimming & fishing off the dock was great!! We rented a boat & really enjoyed the experience. The beds were comfy & the AC worked great ( it was HOT) The only suggestions we could think of were : Updating the cookware in the kitchen. We cooked every meal & the pots & pans left a lot to be desired. The water pressure was bad & the hot water was not hot. With 11 people taking showers, after being in the lake all day, there was not enough towels either. Lastly, the mildew smell was overwhelming. We never visited the basement area but you sure could smell It as soon as you entered. One of the guest had a very bad reaction to it with her allergies. A really great place, quiet ( except the new construction next store ) and beautiful views, lots of room, and the host was easy to communicate with. We had a great time. Thank you

Great Lake house

Great property for our family vacation. Had 4 generations ages 4 to 83. Dock was great for the kids swimming and to have a slip for our boat. House was clean well furnished and stock with everything we needed. Convenient to Land Between the Lakes and Lake Barkley State Park. Would stay there again.

Guy's Fishing Trip

The house was set up perfectly for a group of 8-10 of us. The location was great. The dock accommodated all three of our boats. The fishing was excellent. The only drawback was that the water was up substantially and we had to wade to the dock, but that is out of the owner's control. We really enjoyed the deck, and there was plenty of room in the living area for all of us to watch the NBA playoffs, play games, and just hang out.

What a great place to relax and unwind! Went with friends and had a great time. Lots of room and well stocked. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and eating and watching tv on the awesome deck! Would highly recommend! Great communication with property manager.

Nice Stay

The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked to accommodate our family’s trip to Kentucky. The living area is actually larger than appears online which gave us plenty of room. We were there during the offseason but would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the amazing deck.
