El apartamento se encuentra en la calle Veedor, una calle entre la plaza de San Antonio y la plaza del Mentidero, una de las zonas más céntricas de la ciudad, situándose a escasos metros de los principales atractivos como el Museo Arqueológico, el Oratorio de San Felipe Neri, el Teatro Falla, la Alameda Apodaca y la playa de la Caleta.
