It is located on the seafront of Cadiz, a hop away from Victoria Beach, considered the best beach in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants.
The apartment has 72m2, is located on the 11th floor with two bedrooms and capacity for up to 5 people thanks to its comfortable sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable queen size bed and the other has a comfortable double bed. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. The property also has a superb floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living room from where you can enjoy the best sea views and the best sunsets.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Dwellings for Tourist Purposes).
This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and can be opened with the mobile phone, so if you do the online check-in, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go through CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 CADIZ4RENTALS office.
