Modern comfortable house in the historic center
a modern house within the walls of the historic centre, cool in summer, warm in the winter (central heating and fire place). On three levels: on the entry level a small courtyard with flowers where you can eat , kitchen, eating room and fireplace, wc and the location of the central heating (which heats the whole house) First floor: big sleeping room with a balcony on the courtyard and separate bathroom. Second floor : living room (or two bed room), with balcony on the courtyard and separte bathrooom. Third floor: big mezzanine with double bed. In the center and two minutes away from the beach, the church, stores ans central parking.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
