the room floor was dirty, the outside deck looked as it had not been cleaned in a long while. feet and sock all got blacked. elevator was so slow you had to take stairs most of the time. water maker made water taste like salt water. and tv is not in English. no radio or anything to listen to but construction outside. had to leave tv on all day just to drown out construction noise.

Poor check in process had to wait awhile for them to bring me key card when I arrived since they are not on site. Showered leaked they tried to fix it but couldn’t so I had to clean the bathroom floor daily. Loud construction and music until early morning hours every night. Power lost for hours one day. Had to wait awhile for garage attendant to open garage gate since they were not at their booth. Elevator didn’t work. They tried to move me to another unit but that shower had the same exact gap in door which will lead to same leak I experienced.

The condo is gorgeous and very spacious; they have in-unit washer-dryer every bedroom had a private full bathroom! They have a private shuttle service that you can pay for from airport to condo & back - very convenient and easy for large group planning. It was a little bit confusing to navigate getting out of the condo to get to the street for Uber pick up but we got the hang of it after doing some exploring and walking around. The apartment was very hot when we arrived the first day because the AC was not fully on, but communication with the concierge was easy and they helped us fix it quickly while we were away at dinner. If this space had a pool, it would have been KILLER! Views were amazing overall overlooking the marina and the evening sunsets were absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend

Honestly cannot praise Paraiso Private Residences enough. Luxury condos close to everything with private security, 24/7 access to parking and private elevator. Friendly staff and security who actually do their jobs. Condo was fully supplied with everything we needed even gear to go to the beach, washer and dryer and the grocery store is literally right beneath you in the mall, so anything else you might need is a short elevator ride and walk away. Only real feedback I can leave on the negative, which isn't their fault, is that there was construction going during hours from 10pm to 2 am and it was crazy loud and since you are close to everything, the night scene is recognizable but manageable. Again not on them but something travelers should know about and obviously the construction will be done at some point and because of how nice the place is and so convenient to everything, especially if you are fishing, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again even if the noise was still going on.

Excellent. Located at marina at waterfront. Big funished apartment. Nice kitchen, very big balcony patio with table, chairs and barbaque. 3 tv with netfix. Washer and dryer too. Safe indoor parking included. Excellent value.

HOT WATER! Overall the property was nice and in an excellent location. The staff were very nice and professional. Unfortunately, we did not have any hot water for the first few days of our 9 night stay. We did notice a few other reviewers recently mention the same thing. They did finally turn it on and it was very hot, so once you have it, Awesome. Also you should know this condo is right in the middle of the action so quite a bit of noise is to be expected. It is also located above a mall and on our last 2 nights the stores underneath us decided to do some remodeling and we had the very loud drilling and hammering going until 2am. So there are some very great things about this place (view, location, kitchen, and laundry) but a few negatives as well such as hot water and noise.
