Food was excellent, though very pricy once service tax and Vattax are added, but town is an easy 20 minute walk with everything you could want. NO time share hassle, all the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Wish we were staying longer!

We went to Cabo, to celebrate my sister‘s birthday. It was five women. We really loved the place. We had a concern on the first two days that our room smelt like sewage. It is an overwhelming smell. However, the property manager took care of it right away. Thank goodness. We did not know that there was going to be construction, going on our windows were taped up in our room Facing the walkway however it wasn’t that big of a deal. The view from our patio porch was absolutely spectacular, there were cruise ships we could see every day. One of the pools was under construction that had the swim at bar. That was a little disappointing from my sister who loves to party however, the service at the pool is still good.It was great to be on the beach. We could walk to the other bars and restaurants and we really enjoyed the weather. My sister had the best time of her life, which made it worth it and we would stay at this place again because it had beautiful views out of our room, we were on the sixth floor

Fun Getaway

This was the best rental we have ever done. Really luxurious and crisply new feeling. All of the people we came in contact with at the resort we so good. The place is incredible and the beds are sooooo comfortable. I highly recommend using their airport transport and the doormen are quick with nice taxis when you want to go into town. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The property was amazing exceeded expectations! The service was exceptional and very personal. Our family had a wonderful time and appreciated the help coordinating reservations for fishing, whale watching, and dinners in town. The spa is a must! We definitely plan on returning!

We were a party of 2 couples and totally enjoyed our stay, the condo was terrific with a large balcony / patio and comfortable amenities, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in which we did twice for dinner and every morning for breakfast. Joel the concierge was terrific with excellent recommendations. We will be back!

Wonderful Visit!

The resort was clean, modern and above all, the staff was outstanding! They were helpful and kind and went over and above any of our requests for help. The onsite restaurants were good and we ate at the Italian restaurant, the sports bar (we wanted to watch the Olympics) and the pool side restaurant. The pool staff provided as many clean towels as we'd like, set up umbrellas and chairs at the beach, blew up our pool floats, delivered nachos to our pool chairs and brought us drinks. I felt spoiled! We needed extra sheets for a hide-away bed and the staff not only delivered them promptly but insisted on making the bed for us as well. We were able to walk to the main beach area to eat at restaurants and get a massage. We took a taxi when we went to the marina but it was not a long ride at all. The cost was $11 for 4 people to get to the marina. We took a boat tour with Eco and it was wonderful too. I would highly recommend La Estancia.

Wonderful Stay

This is my second time staying at Villa Estancia and again it did not disappoint! I went with my two girlfriends from college (life long friends) and had the best stay. We felt safe on and off of the resort. Very easy to get a cab to go into town for dinner. We also walked it a few times. The best feature is the 3 full bathrooms!! I will be returning!

3rd trip to this property and still love it. Every condo is slightly different so choose what’s most important to you: view, space, floor height etc. this condo was in great shape with a great view from the balcony, but not inside the condo
