Absolutely gorgeous villa! Hacienda Beach Club is a lovely resort and they will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Medano Beach is a public beach so it can get busy in front of the villa but you are elevated and it's never a bother.

Our host was outstanding! I had a few questions prior to our arrival and received a response within minutes! The Villa was perfect for our family. Having access to a golf cart was wonderful, we had a 4 year old and an 18 month old with us! We had a bit of luck fishing, Max (chef) came to the villa and made us a fabulous meal! It was the best meal of the week!! I would return in a second!

The best part of this villa was the personal chef services of Max and Hugo they were absolutely incredible and accommodating to our every wants/needs. The food was to die for, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We actually opted to eat in instead of go out. The concierge was fabulous and extremely attentive they were very helpful and also responded quickly with any issues or questions we had. The villa is beautiful, clean and location is superb. Wonderful vacation all around we had the best time ever!!

Outstanding villa and rental experience.

This Villa is a super premium experiennce. It is very spacious, well equipped, and part of a fantastic resort with a great restaurant and spa. It was also spotlessly clean.Beach access is easy, the pool was nice and warm, and you can walk to the marina or Medano beach restaurants in minutes. We hope to be back soon!

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! The hosts are super responsive and helpful in answering questions; the house is gorgeous, in a prime location and perfect for a large group; the staff at Hacienda Beach Club and Residences were awesome. You will never want to stay anywhere else in Cabo!

January 2025 Family Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

Amazing stay at wonderful Medano Beach Villa

We've stayed at these villas before and love them. This one is on the end which has its perks (you're near everything) and disadvantages (sound at night- which typically ends around 10pm). Ultimately though this house and the amenities were awesome. It's nicer and more modern kept than the others. Everything works. The golf cart provided is 6 man and a game changer for a larger family (others only have 2 or 4 or none). New Year's Eve we had the absolute best possible view for fireworks (literally just down in front of our villa). Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

Amazing views, beautiful Villa, great restaurants and entertainment next door, what more can you ask for? I’ve stayed many places in Cabo and I enjoyed my stay here the most. Beautiful Villa on the Beach

We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.
