2 bedroom/3 bathroom Oceanfront condo that sleeps 6! Ideal resort location on Medano beach! Villa del Palmar, Villa La Estancia and Villa del Arco are 4 star upscale resorts & spa with every amenity for a fabulous vacation! There is also the newest resort, Villa La Valencia available a few minutes up the coast with a lazy river in the pool! All are perfect for families, and children will love the numerous pools, games, kids club and beach! Resorts feature the gorgeous Desert Spa, fitness center, market, bakery, ice cream shop, pools, hot tubs, and multiple restaurants on site with an all-inclusive option available!

Exceptional service by the concierge, resort staff and housekeeping! Villa del Palmar is part of the Villa Group with the all-inclusive option offering additional restaurants at the nearby Villa Group resorts. We have been coming here for years with our kids and love it!

This is our timeshare that we've had for 8 years. While units may vary in decor, we are elite members and every unit has an ocean view, beautiful furnishings, 3 bathrooms and every unit has a balcony. 1-3 bedroom units are available along with penthouse suites as well. If looking for a 3 bedroom or penthouse, the price per night will increase accordingly.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a safe and a microwave.
