Road trip to paradise

We were pleasantly surprised at the location of the house. Just a short walk to the Main Street and all the eateries and boutiques. The house itself is beautiful with gorgeous furnishings and decor in a lush tropical setting with visits from the birds every morning. Our dog was well looked after too with bowls. Only draw back was the beds were not very cozy and we all had to sleep with the AC on in our rooms and the bins hadn’t been taken out so after 5 nights it was very full! Each room had its own tv which was good as were a family of myself and my three adult kids all in their 30’s. The lounge room had a lovely corner leather couch with plenty of for all of us. Overall we absolutely loved our stay!

A super stay in a great house

Everything was as described and Jeannie supplied so much information and a welcome pack and was very helpful at every stage. We couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend anyone to stay here. The coffee shop/deli opposite was fantastic with an irresistible deli counter. Byron Bay car hire was easy to use and also very helpful.

Excellent, responsive hosts, lovely house!

The house is really locely, tastefully furnished and the hosts were friendly and very accomodating and responsive. The bottle of bubbly 🍾 was a nice touch, thankyou! There is one bathroom with the toilet combined but there is also a private outdoor shower. 10 mi utes walk to the beach,. We had a great stay.

A much needed relaxing getaway from our busy professional daily lifestyles. An enormous recommendation for Genie House, was everything, plus more - spacious, well appointed with all amenities, cosy and warm with the wood fire, comfy sofas and beds, easy to use kitchen and laundry. Wonderful house in a great location walking distance to everything

Our family of 5 plus a dog had a wonderful stay at the house. House has a wonderful vibes and is very close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Everything in the house is provided for the convenience for the stay. The store few meters from the house had great selection of fresh breads and produce as well. We will be back!!!

Fantastic location

Perfect stay for our family visiting Byron Bay for the first time. Grocer basically across the road and restaurants within walking distance. We were traveling with 2 kids and small dog - I would love to come back and spend longer at this property. House was well equipped including beach towels and very clean.

Great location, relaxing vibe

We loved our stay at Genie House. The place was big enough for our extended family group with lots of decks and places to chill out in. The dining table room was amazing. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Byron shops, across the road from the Bay Grocer and a short walk to The General Store for morning coffee. It felt like a home, with lots of cosy touches. Only issue was only having one bathroom, but it was very clean.
