Tantaruga s Eden is situated in Bwejuu, 1-2 min walking distance from a beautiful, quiet beach with sun loungers and shades to use. A local Bar is offering drinks & cocktails.

The accommodation is a detached property with a stand-alone house built in local Zanzibar style craftsmanship to enjoy local traditions.
In the garden you will find lots of beautiful plants, trees and palms which you can best enjoy whilst relaxing in the available hammocks between trees and on the terrace.
Tropical birds are around the place and will accompany you as well as a family of friendly monkeys that are crossing the property almost daily. Make sure you have some bananas for them! You will be able to make once in a lifetime pictures with them.
In the evening hours a fireplace will create a romantic atmosphere and alongside an available BBQ will melt your taste buds with local delicacies which we can provide for you.

The 1-bedroom holiday home offers a big bed with mosquito nets, ceiling fans, 2 additional sleeping possibilities in the sitting room, a fridge, washing machine, blender, toaster and all kitchenware that might be needed.
The lovely host, Tanta, is always available if anything is needed.
Even though the beach is very close, you won t miss it in this tranquil piece of heaven. The Ocean is present at all times since the waves can be heard almost always in a quiet way.
Low and high tide gives you the opportunity to explore the ocean s grounds far out and go for some crab hunting, if you want. Lots of local people are to be met finding their base for lunch and dinner and interesting conversations might derive with these friendly persons.

We can provide transport to other beaches on Zanzibar as well as to diving and surfing locations.
