Muy buena experiencia

Nos gustó mucho. Si bien no es en el centro es a una cuadra de la avenida y en porto da barra donde hay restaurante y playa Maguinos. También se puede ir caminando a playa Geribá. Que la recepcionista sea argentina fue un plus, igual nos comunicamos bien con todos. Súper tranquilo (dormimos re bien), las piletas muy buenas y el desayuno cumple. Lo recomiendo

Nice hotel and staff

The hotel is good, but the room is too light. They should have blackout curtains. My room was facing the pool and it was pretty noisy in the morning with all the kids playing, but that's something that cannot be changed and did not bother as much as the light room. The staff was very nice, though.

Great hotel in Buzio, RJ.

The staff and the location was great. Beaches are close by and to hit the bars and clubs, local street vans are much, much cheaper than taking a taxi to centro.

O hotel deixou muito a desejar com relacao as fotos e informações do site. A Tv nao funcionou, a internet é fraca, a hidromassagem que é um dos atrativos da pousada estava em manutenção, mesmo sendo uma sexta feira. Os funcionários comecam a arrastar a mobilia do salao de cafe as 07h sendo que o cafe comeca as 08h, a piscina principal nao estava limpa, a cama esta precisando trocar os colchoes porque estao fundos. As capas das almofadas da cama precisam ser trocadas.

O horario do cafe da manhã é ruim, comeca as 8, o ideal seria mais cedo pois o pessoal foca todo la esperando e acaba congestionando. O ferro estava estragado e o secador de cabelo tambem. A hidro tambem estava estragada e a sauna com.odor horrivel. A pousada é linda mas deixaram a desejar. A internet tambem é pessima. E uma sugestao é aquecer a pisicina. Nao iria novamente dentro das condicoes que ocorreram,mas quem nao se importa vale a pena. A moça q arruma o quarto é um amor.

ACOMODAÇÕES SEM UM PADRÃO DA FOTO

Pousada é dividida em duas partes. A primeira, onde fica a recepção, existem alguns quartos bem simples. Já a segunda fica do outro lado da rua, onde apresenta outros quartos, uma piscina e a área de café da manhã. Notamos que a pousada estava em obras com trânsito de profissional nas instalações. No nosso quarto, na primeira parte, o quarto estava com o piso escorregadio, poeira branca no criado mudo e os lençóis com poeira também. O banheiro precisa de reforma e o chuveiro não tinha pressão suficiente para um bom banho. A área de café da manhã na segunda parte da pousada é bem bonita e o café é satisfatório. O horário de café começa às 8 hrs e no domingo quando acordamos cedo para pegar a estrada fomos chamados atenção por chegar às 7:30 hrs (explicamos que iríamos sair cedo e que a mesa que já estava posta nos atendia)

O Atendimento foi excelente, todos os colaboradores muito educados, gentis e atenciosos. O quarto tinha alguns problemas: Mofo no banheiro, o sinal do wifi era fraco e a TV nao vonseguia manter a conexão com os aplicativos de streaming. Resolvi compartilhando a internet do celular e para o notebook e ligando este na TV por cabo HDMI que pessoal. O Café da Manhã Honesto e Custo Benefício Razoável
