fiz a reserva pelo expedia e qd cheguei no hotel não tinha quarto. fui bem atendida pelo hotel mais fiquei muito chateada por ter que voltar pra casa. não aconselho fazer reserva por aqui. ou o hotel precisa resolver esse problema . pq não sei se a culpa foi do hotel ou do site
