A localização do hotel é ótima, todos os apartamentos com vista maravilhosa, numas das melhores praias de Búzios. A estrutura também ótima, contudo com muitas escadas, um tanto difícil para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção.

Ótima, muito boa! O atendimento foi excelente, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã também muito bom, bem servido, com várias opções não tão tradicionais, o que é ótimo. Vista maravilhosa. Quase tudo perfeito, o único ponto negativo é que não consegui usar a água quente do banheiro, mesmo esperando os 15min. recomendados pelo hotel. Fora isso, perfeito, voltaria com certeza!

Estadia Péssima. De longe o pior hotel que me hospedei em 10 anos que vou para Búzios. Hóspedes fazem o que querem. Não tem organização nenhuma. Crianças correndo no corredor dos quartos durante o dia inteiro. Em dia de jogo, hóspede gritando na sacada e nenhum funcionário fez absolutamente nada. São permissivos com absolutamente tudo. Fui reclamar do barulho e da bagunça e disseram que não localizaram os apartamentos. Insinuando inclusive que eu estava mentindo. Não passo nem mais perto desse local. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

A localização é muito boa, a nota foi dada em função do quarto, que ficava embaixo do restaurante, onde arrastam cadeiras até tarde da noite e logo cedo pela manhã. Ao solicitar na recepção a troca de apartamento, a primeira pessoa que me atendeu não deu atenção, mas quando falei com o gerente, prontamente o problema foi resolvido, afinal ficariamos 4 dias. Pelo valor cobrado o café da manhã deveria ser mais variado.
