Set on three tranquil acres at the edge of Dunsborough, this self-contained guest house captures the quiet rhythm of the Southwest with slow mornings, sunlit interiors, and the soft sounds of nature all around.



Inside, the atmosphere is calm and grounded. Rammed earth walls and timber floors bring warmth and texture, while jarrah joinery adds a timeless sense of craftsmanship. The open living area invites you to unwind with comfortable seating, soft lighting, and leafy outlooks that draw the landscape indoors. Reverse-cycle air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi ensure comfort and ease in every season.



The kitchen is designed for relaxed living, perfect for preparing breakfast or sharing a platter of local produce after a day exploring the coast. A four-seater dining table provides ample space for meals at home. Step through French doors to the north-facing covered veranda and private courtyard, the heart of the retreat. Enclosed by rammed earth walls and lush planting, this secluded outdoor space is ideal for morning coffee, an afternoon read, or a quiet glass of wine beside the gentle sound of the fountain.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the Westend Retreat, including a private entrance and patio. The main house is attached, but seperate and will not impact the guest experience. Easy self check-in via secure lockbox.

Nestled along Cape Naturaliste Road, Westend Retreat offers easy access to Dunsborough’s best experiences. Meelup Beach, Castle Rock, and Eagle Bay are all within a short drive — perfect for morning swims, scenic walks, and sunset picnics. Meelup Farmhouse and Ilma serve relaxed breakfasts close by, while renowned wineries like Wise Wine, Vasse Felix, and Cullen are within easy reach.
