The Space:

If the great outdoors is more your thing you can explore the beautiful Cape to Cape track, Ngilgi Cave, Yallingup Lagoon, Meelup, Smiths Beach, and Geographe Bay, all within a 10-minute drive of Redgum Treehouse.



The spacious open-plan, free flowing home is designed to accommodate a total of eight guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 living spaces.



Redgum Treehouse is ideal for multiple couples as the king master bedroom and queen bedroom both have their own ensuites. The 3 minor bedrooms are serviced by the 3rd bathroom.



The main living area features a fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious dining table, and a comfortable lounge with a TV. The living area leads out to a glass-enclosed alfresco furnished with another lounge and dining table, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings amongst the marri and jarrah treetops. The extensive surrounding timber decks provide perfect zones to relax and watch the native wildlife graze and birds fly amongst the grasstrees. The kids can enjoy the fresh country as the property provides outdoor equipment including cricket, croquet, and Finska for the kids to play with.



Enjoy a glass of wine, cook a BBQ, or relax with one of the novels provided on the extensive timber decks, which provide perfect zones to relax and unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings.



The heating and cooling system is via a reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort.



All bedrooms have ample robe space, and are configured is as follows:



Master suite - king-size bed, private deck access, ensuite with double vanity, and WIR.

Bedroom 2 - queen-size bed and a private ensuite.

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 are furnished with two king single beds and have access to the third bathroom, which includes a bath.



The master suite and 3 bedroom are located in one wing of the home. The 3 other bedrooms are in there own wing and are separated by an activity room.

Redgum Treehouse is 10 mins drive from the very popular tourist centre of Dunsborough as well as Yallingup allowing easy access to the attractions of these areas, yet peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.



Redgum Treehouse makes the perfect base for that Down South getaway.



Sleeps 8. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided.



We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.



School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Please note that our fire pits are available from May to October only.

A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.
