On the first day checking in, my friend and I inquired about getting extra pillows but the reception staff was not accommodating. We were told none were available but following day asked Jieun Lee and she was quick and efficient in getting extra pillow for us as well as getting curtains replaced in my room. My room had several defects: dirty curtains, door handle in washroom came off, told Jieun and she sent someone to fix the door handle, furniture old and scratched up, chair upholstery coming apart, several marks on the walls
