Location of the hotel is top of the line with ocean beach view. There is no restaurant nor coffee bar on site. Those are available within short walking distance, however. WiFi/Internet has been unreliable to laptop users, slightly better for smart phones. Internet router is old, probably 10-15 years behind the curve. Management should really upgrade this important service in the modern time.

Ocean view with a cluster of restaurant, c-store, liquor or beer bars. East side of beach, there a little hill with outdoor workout stuff. Also good for jogger. But overall not friendly for kids.

Perfect hotel right in front of songjong beach

Nice hotel close to the beach. Clean. Comfortable beds. Kind staffs. They didnt charge us for late checkout. Even called us for a lost t-shirt. Nothing fancy but has everything you need. All room has some kinda beach view. Recommend!

Nice hotel with terrible staff

Nice clean hotel near to a beach. The rooms are fine, the area around the hotel is nice but noisy. About staff members: they do not know English, they are not always awailable (some times the front desk is empty) and they are absolutelly useless.

Nice but Noisy!

Too noisy outside on nearby beach to open door for fresh air/breeze. Screaming young people playing fun games and electric piano player disrupted rest hours and sleep each night until dawn.

Great location!! Wonderful staff!!!

Had a pleasant experience with the hotel staff, and late checkout was 1pm! Very nice for those of us who like to sleep in! The restaurants were also amazing, wonderful stay!

Bonus that our room was a direct oceanfront. A prior review said the neighborhood wasn't good, I thought it was fine. Very easy/cheap taxi ride to train station. Very happy, would stay there again.

Very Nice

We booked a room with one queen and one twin. Nice suprise that the room was also direct ocean front with a wonderful balcony. I booked this because it was one of the few hotels available due to the Film Festival. A prior review said the hotel was in a bad neighborhood, but I thought it was fine. The location is a little off the beaten path, but for only a few dollar cab ride we were able to get to the Haeundae area and I am sure an ocean front room would have been a lot more expensive there. Taxi from airport was a little expensive, returning we took a cab to the metro train and rode that for very cheap. Overall I really liked it and would stay there again.

Busan Songjung Hotel

The hotel was surprisingly clean and cozy. The surrounding neighborhood is poor even though it is next to a small beach. You need to take a taxi if you want to get to restaurants & shopping as there are none by the hotel except numerous coffee shops, which seem to be the current trend in Korea.

바다가 가까워서 좋았음. 오래된 점을 감안하고 볼때 관리가 잘된 느낌이고 호텔 내 기타 서비스는 약간 부족할지라도 필요한건 주변에서 거의 해결이 가능해서 불편하지 않음. 자잘한 서비스 없이 합리적인 가격으로 이용하기에 좋았음.
